1. Open the Junk Email folder and our mail.
2. Mark the mail as not junk. Links in a mail do not work while it is in Junk.
3. Add the sender to Safe senders and domains with Add safe sender (Settings → Mail → Junk email), so the next mail arrives in your inbox.

Palvelin ei tiedä, kuka sivua lukee. Se ei kirjaa osoitteita, IP-osoitteita eikä sitä, kuka mitäkin koodia käyttää. Verkon välityspalvelin näkee yhteyden IP-osoitteen, ajan ja sivuston nimen, mutta ei sisältöä: yhteys on salattu palvelimeemme asti. Linkin koodi ei lähde selaimestasi osoitteen mukana, joten se ei päädy minkään palvelimen lokiin.

Koodia verrataan koodiemme sormenjälkiin. Väärät yritykset lasketaan yhteytesi avaimella lasketun sormenjäljen mukaan, joka pidetään muistissa enintään tunnin.

Kirjoittamaasi sähköpostiosoitetta käytetään vain linkin lähettämiseen. Palvelin ei säilytä osoitteita: se vertaa osoitteesi avaimella laskettua sormenjälkeä listamme sormenjälkiin. Sormenjälki pidetään muistissa enintään tunnin, jotta samaan osoitteeseen ei lähetetä linkkejä liian usein.

The server does not know who reads the page. It records no addresses, no IP addresses and nothing about who uses which code. The network relay in front of it sees a connection's IP address, time and the site's name, but not its content: the connection is encrypted all the way to our server. The code in a link never leaves your browser as part of the address, so it ends up in no server's log.

A code is compared with fingerprints of our codes. Wrong attempts are counted against a keyed fingerprint of your connection, held in memory for at most an hour.

The email address you type is used only to send the link. The server keeps no addresses: it compares a keyed fingerprint of yours with fingerprints of our list. The fingerprint is held in memory for at most an hour, so one address is not sent links too often.

The mail goes out from our own mail server.

You have the right to access, rectify or delete your data, and to file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman.
